![]() ![]() There are no achievements in this game that require you to hold a wheelie or stoppie for any length of time. If you are about to flip, let off the gas a bit and lean the right stick forward to put both wheels back down on the ground. ![]() These bikes have lots of torque so you can go too far back. This can happen most of the time when going up a hill or landing from a bad jump. You don't want to go too far back, or you will flip. The rider tends to lean back off of a jump, so leaning the right stick forward a tad will allow the front wheel to land sooner than normal and can help prevent a wheelie. So if you are landing on an upward incline you might want to pull back on the right stick a tad, since landing on the front wheel can make you crash. You want to try to adjust your landing to match the incline of the track. Some jumps are very high and dangerous, but you can rewind those. When you go off of a jump, you mostly want to land on both wheels at the same time. Holeshots and landing are your main concerns. Rider weight will need some slight management. Transmission is fine as is, you probably won't be using it. Leaving Rider Weight and Transmission on Semi-Automatic will let you focus on driving the bike. Otherwise when you get used to things, you will be putting in qualifying times that are several seconds faster than 2nd place. The AI is a bit unbalanced though on certain courses, so watch out. Usually you will be trying to run in these ruts yourself, but the easy difficulty AI should not give you many issues if you choose your own route. ![]() The dirt will terraform as the racers run over it, so ruts can be formed. Be careful of turning too hard around a corner, as you can fall over or hit random bumps in the track. So what's the difference? Base Physicsīase will give you the least amount of needed control to keep the bike going. We have easy difficulty and rewinds, and at the most extreme cases, restarts if you mess up. Base physics are what we will be using most of the time with a short stop in pro physics. We are only worried about 2 of those and one is required for an achievement. There are also 3 types of physics to use. We have 3 brakes and have to worry about the weight of the rider. ![]()
